Ember's Birthday Party

It was Ember's birthday on May 24, she turned six this year. We had a few people over after supper, Auntie Laura, mellisa, Nick and the Muller's for cake.

We had a party where Ember invited the girls from her class and a few other girl friends. there were 12 in total. They all came over to our little house, and had a busy three hours. They had a room full of dress up clothes, a make up table and a place to geth their hair done. they played a few games and then they all made body glitter. we had a little picnic snack, in our living room(it was raining outside) with juice and sandwiches shaped like butterflies. Ember then opened the presents, they had fun playing spin the bottle. They played a few more games and then they made bead braclets. the last thing we did was have cake, watermelon and grapes. the three hours went by fairly quick but I was very tired. I was lucky to have Mellisa come and help me out for the afternoon.

field trip to farm

Ember went on a field trip with her kindergarden class to a farm just outside of regina. They got to see a few animals and went on a wagon ride and also had smoores

Zander is fancinated with all kinds of bugs. he was looking for lady bugs at one of Ember's baseball games.








When I was planting flowers I found Zander a worm. He wasn't to sure if he wanted to hold the worm or not but he loved to watch it.

Egg Hunt

easter came really early this year, six o'clock in the morning, lol. The kids were up and looking for eggs really early, I got up at 6:15 and they had already found most of the eggs in the house. They wanted to go outside and look for eggs before 7. I was able to keep them pre occupied until 8 then they couldn't wait anymore.

Dying Eggs

We had Nicholas and Hudson over to decorate easter eggs. It was nice enough that we went out side so it was a lot easier to clean up.
